"Went today to try shawarma for the first time because I’ve heard so many good things about it. The food was honestly really good and the prices were great too. But the customer service completely threw me off. I didn’t know how to pronounce some of the items and while I was trying to explain what I wanted, the lady at the register kept giving attitude instead of helping. I like trying foods from different cultures and I always go in respectful and open to learning, so the experience just felt really unwelcoming. It sucks because the food was actually amazing, but the interaction made me not even want to go back."

I recently visited a spot in Palos Hills and from the moment I walked in, the staff made me feel genuinely welcome. The customer service was top-tier, and the food? The food tastes the same any time of the day and they open 24 Hours. If I lived here I would gain so much weight oh my gosh we always take the food to go but it looks nice on the inside as well"
